[sword-devel] pocketsword should be removed from "applications" page

PocketSword has fallen off the iOS/iPadOS support wagon due to being too 
old of a build.
But PS is still listed on the applications page 
<https://crosswire.org/applications/> as the first element for 
handhelds. It should be removed.
