The build system will generate a deb file but I didn't upload one last night -
it is there now.

I agree about Xiphos. The funny thing is that xiphos development has seemed
mostly stalled for a good while (just my general feeling and maybe not
accurate!), and most of the activity I've seen on the list have been about how
there's no editor - webkit is a problem but there's no good alternate, we still
have gtk2 because of webkit and windows, and so on. On Ubuntu/Mint the latest
package is something like a year behind and etc. Add to that the fact that some
of the features I wanted to play with are fairly different so I thought I'd just
try something new so I could do what I wanted with it.

Ironically, literally the day after I started working on my little program
Xiphos activity picked up dramatically and it looks like someone started using
AI to work on it!.

Anyhow, I would love to help again on Xiphos. I'm no help with macOS because I
don't have and never have used a mac.

One thing that I did in verdad was use liteHtml and build a display layer in a
custom fltk widget - so there is no need for a large html display library like
webkit or servo or anything. I'm pretty sure something like that could be
easily built with AI for xiphos. I also built a custom editor as well.

Anyhow, have to run but I am certainly open to contributing to Xiphos again.

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look
for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
(Hebrews 9:27-28)
