[sword-devel] Ezra Bible App 1.19 released; eBible.org repository

Thank you for that fix. The eBible.org repository (both https and ftp)
should be working, now. If not, please let me know.

Since Friday, the 13th of February, uptime on eBible.org has not been
great for a combination of reasons. It should be much more stable, now,
and with faster response for https://eBible.org/sword/. The FTP portion
(on a different computer) is a little slower than it was, and has more
limits on numbers of connections. It is much more fragile and vulnerable
to DDOS attacks. FTP connections to repositories should not be used in
any new Sword implementations, but I have been trying to keep it going
for the dinosaur software. Anyway, if you ever notice that the
eBible.org repository is down for more than 20 minutes, please let me know.
