Thank you everyone for all the feedback.

I've tried to cover all the comments and merge the locale updates submitted.

New Feature: Ribbons

This new idea allows different contexts to be saved. I typically read twice a day in different contexts. I need different Bibles and layout and am working through different places in Scripture. You will find "Ribbons" at the top of verse selection and the main menu.

Other polishing and various big fixes and usability improvements. Please let me know if you find any regressions or things you don't like. Also, let me know if you have any improvement you'd like to see before the final release.

Then your play store install of Bishop will install the beta version instead of stopping at the last release version.
